I am happy to see that the variety of healthy and delicious products on the HK market is slowly but surely increasing.
For the last couple of years, the whole health world has been going crazy for overnight oats. I would guess it's one of the top 10 most googled healthy lifestyle related words, and probably the second one after "smoothie”.
Well, all this hype is well deserved because overnight oats prepared using a balanced recipe and quality ingredients are a delicious source of sustainable energy and nutrition, making a perfect breakfast or snack.
Recently, a few HK companies have launched their overnight oats helping busy Hong Kongers eat better without sacrificing taste, variety & convenience.
Last week I tried Püra Vïda Overnight Oats and here is my review.

I am very particular about what I fuel my body with, and in each meal I look for:
* High quality ingredients.
* Macronutrient balance (carbs, proteins, fats).

The ingredient list is short and, at first sight, seems nice and clean.
If you are like me and very particular about what you put into your body, what you feed your family with, and if you or your family members have food allergies/intolerances, it is very important to be able to get further clarification on ingredients. Breakfast is very important. It sets a tone for our food intake for the day.
